sugar granulated 4.25 oz (120 g) • water 2 tbsp (30 ml) • cocoa powder 1 oz (25 g) • ground cinnamon 0.25 tsp
Give sugar into the pot, add cocoa, cinnamon and water.

... and add the hot syrupto the egg whites. Stir for 15 minutes in a steam bath. A sticky, thicker liquid forms.

Crush the biscuits finely (grind them in a kitchen chopper).

rum 1.25 tbsp (20 ml)
Remove the cocoa mixture from the steam bath, add rum and half of the prepared biscuits.

Add the other half of the biscuits into the cold mixture.

Create small balls from the mixture (the mixture is sticky, so moisten your palms with water).

Put them in small paper baskets.

Let them harden and store in the cold.
