vanilla sugar | 0.25 | oz | 10 | grams | |

Recipe

rice 8.75 oz (250 g) • water 2.1 cup (500 ml) • vanilla sugar 0.25 oz (10 g)
Wash the rice under running water and cook in hot water with vanilla sugar.

Cook, stirring constantly, until the rice is soft and you get almost thick porridge.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 cup (500 ml) • Chocolate Pudding - powder 1.5 oz (40 g)
Mix pudding in milk and pour into rice. Cook until thickened.

Divide the chocolate rice into bowls, decorate with pieces of white chocolate and let cool.
