Recipe

Millet 1.75 oz (50 g) • water ¾ cup (200 ml)
Wash the millet on a sieve under running water, put in a pot, pour water and cook until boiled.

The millet remain thick and therefore you add milk (or water) and warm up.

grated coconut • dried coconut slices (coconut chips) • dried cranberries
Decorate with coconut, coconut chips and you can add dried fruit, which will sweeten the porridge.
