Chive rolls from sourdough
Easy and quick sourdough rolls. Yeast dough can also be prepared in a bread machine.

Put flour in a bowl, add butter cutted into small pieces.

Add lukewarm water, half a cube of yeast, finely chopped chives and onion to the flour. Salt.

Line the baking sheet with baking paper. Form rolls from the dough, which you cut gently around the perimeter with a knife. Cutting the dough will bake it better.
