Recipe
1. Steaks
chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g) • salt • grill seasoning • ground black pepper
Wash the chicken breasts, cut into thicker slices, pound them lightly, salt and season.

Fry the meat in hot oil for about 2 minutes on each side and then fry at low flame for another three minutes. Place the slices on a warm plate.

blue cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)
When the cheese melts, grate the blue cheese roughly and add it to the cream base.

Cook on the lowest flame for about 5 minutes. If the sauce seems very thin, add about 50 ml of milk.

Pour the blue cheese sauce over the steaks and serve.
