Recipe
1. Peas
onion 5.25 oz (150 g) • sunflower oil 2 tbsp • green peas frozen 10.5 oz (300 g)
Peel the onion, chop and fry in oil. Add frozen, water rinsed peas. Sauté peas for 2-3 minutes.


3. Chicken meat
chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g)
Wash the meat and cut against the muscle into the slices. Place layer of chicken meat into the baking dish, cover with pea layer and repeat the process.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • sweet cream for cooking 10 tbsp (150 ml) • chicken egg 3 pcs • salt 1 tsp • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Prepare the dressing from the milk, single cream, eggs, salt and spices and pour over the pudding.

Bake in preheated oven at 345°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes.
