salt • vegetable salt • ground black pepper • ground red paprika • garlic 2 cloves • sunflower oil 1 tbsp
Season them with a little salt, sprinkle with vegetable salt (Podravka, vegeta), ground black pepper, ground red pepper and at the end brush with pressed garlic mixed with a little oil. Let it rest for a while.

Sprinkle the cutlets with fine flour and saute in simmering oil.

Place the sauteed meat in the baking pot and pour over with gravy from the pan with a little water.
