Recipe
1. Preparation of a basil - flakes mixture
cornflakes 1.5 oz (40 g) • basil 3 tbsp
Cut basil leaves into small pieces. Put cornflakes into a bowl and crush them slightly with hand.

salt • all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.75 oz (50 g) • chicken egg 2 pcs • chicken breasts 10.5 oz (300 g)
Cut the chicken cutlets lenghtwise on thinner slices. Season them wit salt and wrap firstly in flour and them dip into egg.

Finally, wrap the cutlets in basil-cornflakes mixture.
4. Frying
sunflower oil 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Briefly fry the cutlets in a pan with hot oil from both sides
