Cherry and poppy seed strudel made of puff pastry

Recipe
1. Preparing filling
ground poppy seeds 5.75 oz (160 g) • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 10 tbsp (150 ml) • vanilla sugar 1 pc • powdered sugar 4 tbsp • ground cinnamon 1 tsp
We pour a hot milk over the mixed poppy seeds, add vanilla sugar, powder sugar, cinnamon and process until smooth.

puff pastry 1.1 lb (500 g) • black cherries 10.5 oz (300 g) • cherry jam
We roll out the puff pastry at thickness circa 3-5 mm, we cover it with jam and we top it all with poppy seed filling. We scatter the pitted rasberries.

Roll out the dough to a rectangle.

Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C)-390°F (200°C). Bake the strudels in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the crust is browned.
