soft curd | 1.1 | lb | 500 | grams | |
whipping cream (30-33% fat) | 2.1 | cup | 500 | milliliters | |
whisky | 1.25 | tbsp | 20 | milliliters |

soft curd 1.1 lb (500 g) • powdered sugar 5 tbsp
Blend the cream cheese and sugar into the whipping cream.

long biscuits (ladyfingers) 5.25 oz (150 g)
Spread a little of cream over the bottom of cake pan. Place biscuits on the cream.

black coffee ¾ cup (200 ml) • whisky 1.25 tbsp (20 ml)
Prepare strong coffee with a little of alcohol. After it is cooled, with table spoon pour over the first layer. Set aside rest of the coffee for second layer of biscuits.

Spread half of remaining cream over the biscuits.

Pour remaining coffee over the second layer of biscuits.

Spread rest of cream over the second layer of biscuits.
