Cut the cheese into the smaller pieces and let it melt in the mixture in skillet.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 10 tbsp (150 ml)
Dilute the whole mixture with milk into the creamy consistency. During serving the temperature of sauce decreases and also lighlty thickens, so it does not matter if the sauce seems to be a little weak during the cooking.

Bucatini pasta 7 oz (200 g)
Prepare the bucatini according to instructions. Rinse cooked pasta with water and add into the mixture in skillet.
