Celery pancakes with cheese

Tasty, baked celery pancakes. The aromatic scent of celery is lost during preparation and this pancakes will become a popular delicacy even for children who do not like celery :)

Add it to the dough, stir...

...and create balls from the dough.

Place the balls on a baking sheet with baking paper (greased with oil) and shape into pancakes. Put the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake at about 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.

Using a foodturner, carefully turn the pancakes over. The cheese that has melted makes them brittle. Bake on the other side for 15-20 minutes. Remove the baked pancakes, let them cool on the baking sheet.
