cauliflower 1.8 lb (800 g) • water • salt
Cut the cauliflower into florets, wash and cook until soft in salted water. Drain, return to the pot and cover.

unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)
Put the cauliflower florets on a plate, cover with melted butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and drizzle butter over the surface again. Serve.
