common carp • salt • lemon 0.5 pc • all-purpose flour / plain flour • ground black pepper • ground red paprika
Wash the carp, dry and cut into parts. Salt and sprinkle with lemon. Mix flour, black pepper and ground red pepper in a bowl. Coat the carp in this mixture.
2.
sour cream (fat 14-18%) 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil on which you put the fish, cover with sour cream, wrap the aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
