unsalted butter | 8.75 | oz | 250 | grams |
Recipe

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • fresh yeast 1.5 oz (42 g) • sugar granulated 1 tsp
Mix flour and sugar with a little lukewarm milk. Add crumbled yeast and gently stir. Allow it to raise covered at warm place.

flour medium 1.1 lb (500 g) • unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g) • sheep cheese - bryndza 8.75 oz (250 g) • egg yolk 2 pcs • sour cream (fat 14-18%) ¾ cup (200 ml) • salt 1 tsp
Put flour into a larger bowl, add softened butter, bryndza, egg yolk, cream and salt.

Add leavening.

Prepare dough, which you let rise in a warm place.

Roll the dough on a floured board and cut out the wheels. The dough sticks.

Let the wheels rise for another 15 minutes, spread with an egg and bake on a baking sheet for 15 minutes at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C).
