1. Preparing the dough
all-purpose flour / plain flour 10.5 oz (300 g) • sheep cheese - bryndza 5.25 oz (150 g) • unsalted butter 5.25 oz (150 g) • chicken egg 1 pc • salt
Cut softened butter into flour, add the goat cheese(bryndza), egg and salt. Make the put it into cold place for 1 hour.
2. Knead the dough a cut cookies
Knead the dough into 5 mm thick piece on floured boar. Cut different Christmas designs.
3. Baking
semi hard cheese 3.5 oz (100 g) • chicken egg 1 pc
Put the cut cookies on baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush each piece with beaten egg and sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Bake at 355°F (180°C) C for 15 minutes.
