broccoli 1.1 lb (500 g) • water 3.2 cup (750 ml) • salt 0.5 tsp
Take the broccoli to pieces, add water and salt (do not salt for children). Cook for 15 minutes.

Cut the upper part - florets from the cooked broccoli and set them aside. Mix the rest of broccoli with an immersion blender.

whole milk 3.5% 1.1 cup (250 ml) • chicken egg 1 pc • semolina 2 tbsp
Add milk into the soup. Prepare a liquid dough from the semolina and the egg. Pour the dough over a fork into boiling soup. Small dumplings thickens the soup easily.

Finally, add the cutted pieces of broccoli. For adults, add salt and nutmeg.
