Braised Cabbage with Pork Sausages
Tasty and not really expensive meal from cabbage and pork sausages, the homemade steamed dumpling is a great side dish.

white cabbage 0.5 pc • crushed cumin • ground black pepper • vegetable salt • water ¾ cup (200 ml) • salt
Add cabbage cut into thin strips, season it with salt, add crushed cumin, dried vegetable mix (vegeta) and ground black pepper. Pour water in and braise covered for 20 minutes.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 2 tbsp • water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • vinegar 0.5 tsp
When the cabbage becomes soft, thicken it with flour and water mixture and cook for a while. Once it is done, add vinegar.

Serve it with dumpling.
