Allow it to cool, peel it and finely grate (until it becomes gruel).

semolina 3.5 oz (100 g) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 0.75 oz (20 g)
Pour semolina and flour in. Prepare semi-dense dough.

Cook dumplings 8 minutes. Then drain them and rinse under cold water.

Dumplings are delicious with creamy soups or serve them as a main dish with cheese sauce.
