Beef roll with spinach

Recipe

beef meat minced 1.1 lb (500 g) • chicken egg 2 pcs • breadcrumbs 1.75 oz (50 g) • salt 1 tsp • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Put the meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and spices in a bowl and knead.

Prepare a foil (preferably double layer) with a size of 40x25 cm and spread it with fat.

Put the meat on the foil and create a pancake form out of it.

...and lay on cheese. Wrap the roulade with foil in it. Place on a baking dish and add a little water.

Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C.

Lay the toast bread on baking paper so that it partially overlaps in length. Roll thinly with a roller.

Put the warm rolade on the prepared bread and roll. Cut the edges of the redundat bread off.

Spread with whipped egg. We recommend to spread eggs under the joints where the bread overlaps.

Put it on baking sheet with baking paper. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at about 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C) for 20 minutes.

Cut the cooled rolade into thinner slices. You can also cut it hot if you want to serve it as lunch or dinner and not as an appetizer. When served warm, we recommend mashed potatoes and tomato salad as a side dish.
