Recipe

onion 2.75 oz (80 g) • potatoes 8.75 oz (250 g) • sunflower oil 1.75 tbsp (25 ml) • bay leaf 4 pcs • salt 1.5 tsp • crushed cumin 1 tsp
Clean and finely chop the onion. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Warm the oil in a pot, add the onion and fry. Add the potatoes to the onion, add the bay leaf, salt and caraway.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, strain the water and peel the tomatoes. Cut them into small cubes...
