Recipe
1.
chicken egg 4 pcs • sugar granulated 4 tbsp
Separate egg yolks from whites. Whip egg whites into dense foam. Just before it is done, add sugar in.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 5 tbsp • sunflower oil 2 tbsp • semi skimmed milk 1,5%
Mix egg yolks, oil and flour. Thin it with milk.

baking powder for gingerbread 0.5 oz (12 g)
At the end gently stir in egg whites foam and baking powder.

Pour the dough into baking tin lined with parchment paper. Bake in well preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for about 30 minutes until surface becomes golden - brown.
