Recipe
1. Making a wet mixture
chicken egg 1 pc • powdered sugar 3.5 oz (100 g) • vanilla sugar 0.25 oz (8 g) • white yogurt ¾ cup (200 ml) • sunflower oil 6 tbsp (90 ml)
Whisk the egg. Add sugar, vannila sugar, oil and yogurt. Mix it.
2. Making dry mixture
all-purpose flour / plain flour 7.5 oz (210 g) • cocoa powder 1 oz (30 g) • baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 oz (8 g)
Add the fine flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix it.

cooking chocolate 1.75 oz (50 g) • banana 2 pcs
Add pieces of chocolate and sliced banana to the dough.
4. Baking
Put muffin cups into muffin tray. Put dough with teaspoon into each cup. Bake for 20 min at 355°F (180°C).
