Baked pumpkin
Healthy delicacy. You can eat baked pumpkin directly after baking and peeling it. It's usually quite sweet, but you can sweeten it. Except direct consumption, we prepare delicious sweet cakes from pumpkin.

Cut it in half and hollow out the seeds.

Then cut half of the pumpkins lengthwise again. Put them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake in an oven at about 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C) for about 1,5 hours.

You can easily remove the cooled pumpkin from the skin using a spoon.
