Recipe

pork ribs • sunflower oil 10 tbsp (150 ml) • ground garlic 1 tsp • salt 0.5 tsp • soy sauce 2 tbsp • worcestershire sauce 2 tsp • marjoram 1 tsp • ketchup 2 tbsp
Mix all the listed ingredients and coat ribs in the prepared marinade. Then put the marinated meat in a plastic bag or cover it in the foil. Place it in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.

Steam the marinated ribs over the water, covered, for about one hour until they become tender.

Then bake the cooked ribs in the oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes.
