Baked marinated rabbit with potatoes

soy sauce 2 tbsp • whole Mustard 3 tbsp • marjoram 1 tbsp • ground red paprika 1 tsp • ground black pepper 0.25 tsp • sunflower oil 4 tbsp
Prepare marinade from the mentioned ingredients.

Coat portions of rabbit in a marinade, ..

... put in a bowl, cover and let marinate in the cold for at least 12 hours.

Spread the rabbit parts on the bottom of the baking dish.

ground red paprika 1 tsp • marjoram 0.5 tsp • salt 2 tsp • sunflower oil 4 tbsp • water 10 tbsp (150 ml)
Put potatoes on top, sprinkle with pepper, marjoram and salt. Drizzle with oil and cover with water.

Cover and bake at 735°F (390°C) F (390°F (200°C) C) for 1.5 - 2 hours.

Put the rabbit on the potatoes, cover again and bake for 30 minutes at 815°F (435°C) F (435°F (225°C) C).

Serve with cucumber salad or pickles.
