chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g) • salt • ground black pepper • grill seasoning • ground garlic • whole Mustard 1 tsp
Cut chicken breasts into cutlets, pound a bit, season them with salt and pepper and spread with mustard.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) ¾ cup (200 ml)
Pour over with gravy and cream. Bake cutlets in preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
