yoghurt natural 10.5 oz (300 g) • chicken egg 1 pc • salt 1 tsp • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Mix eggs, salt and pepper in youghurt.

Soak cauliflower florets in yogurt ....

Cover the cauliflower with foil and bake in oven at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C) for half an hour.

Remove the foil, turn the cauliflower and bake for another half an hour.
8.
Serve as a classic fried cauliflower, with potatoes and tartar sauce.
