flour medium 2.2 lb (1000 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 cup (500 ml)  fresh yeast 1.5 oz (42 g)  sugar granulated 3 tbsp  unsalted butter 5.25 oz (150 g)  egg yolk 1 pc  salt

Place bans one next to another on the tray covered with baking paper (eventually buttered and floured). Proceed by same way with second half of dough. Place bans side-by-side tightly, do not leave any spare space. When the tray is full, let buns rise for further 15 minutes. Brush the top with beaten egg.
