Bake-Roasted Pasta with Broccoli
Recipe for preparaton of creamy roasted pasta with broccoli and ham. For prep you can use different kind of short tube pasta, e.g. pipe rigate, penne rigate or rigatoni.

Recipe

Gomito macaroni pasta 1.1 lb (500 g) • broccoli 1 pc • frozen green bean pods 5.25 oz (150 g)
Cook pasta in salty water until almost soft (al dente). Drain, rinse with cold water and spread into the roasting pan. Meanwhile the pasta is cooking, precook the broccoli with frozen green beans for about 5 minutes.

sunflower oil • pork ham 5.25 oz (150 g) • garlic 3 cloves • tomatoes 210 pcs
In a skillet fry ham, broccoli separated into the pieces, green beans, after a while add pressed garlic, chopped tomatoes, steamed and peeled.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 7 oz (200 g) • processed cheese 1.75 oz (50 g) • vegetable salt 1 tbsp • ground black pepper
Season mix in the skillet, sprinkle with dried vegetable seasoning, add soft processed cheese and pour double cream over it. Blend it and in a flash set aside.

chicken egg 1 pc • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Pour prepared mixture over the pasta, blend a bit. Stir whisked egg in milk and pour over the pasta.
5.
semi-hard cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)
Bake in preheated oven. Sprinkle with cheese after about 10 minutes and bake for further 5 minutes.
