semi skimmed milk 1,5% | 1.7 | cup | 400 | milliliters | |

vanilla pudding - powder | 1.5 | oz | 40 | grams | |
vanilla sugar | 0.5 | oz | 12 | grams |
Recipe

puff pastry 1.1 lb (500 g)
Roll out the puff pastry to thickness about 0,5cm, cut into the squares of size about 5x5cm which are placed onto baking tray covered with baking paper.

vanilla pudding - powder 1.5 oz (40 g) • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.7 cup (400 ml) • vanilla sugar 0.5 oz (12 g) • sugar granulated 3 tbsp
Cook thick vanilla custard.

chicken egg 1 pc • apricots 13 pcs
Place tablespoon of custard onto the center of every square the way it does not pour out of the dough edge. Place half of apricot on the top of custard. Brush the empty edges with beaten egg.

Bake at temperature 200-430°F (220°C) for about 15 minutes until golden. After baking sprinkle with sieved icing sugar.
