Recipe

apples 15.75 oz (450 g)
Wash the apples, cut into the halves and with spoon remove the apple core. Cut into the tiny slices.

Place the apples into a saucepan with water and lemon juice, bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes so the apples become elastic. Drain and let it cool (you can use drained water for making tea so you get tasty drink).

puff pastry 14 oz (400 g) • fruit jam
Roll out the puff pastry into the size 35x60 cm and thickness 2mm. Cut into the 5cm wide bands (5x35cm). Tinely spread mixed jam over the bands.

sugar granulated • ground cinnamon
Place apples from the half of pastry band, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Fold other half of pastry band over the apples.

Roll it.

unsalted butter • flour medium
Place created roses into the greased and floured muffin pan or freely onto the tray covered with baking paper.
8.
Bake for 35 minutes at 200 °C.
