Apple Pie with Custard

Apple pie almost as a dessert. It is recommended to pour sour fruit juice over the apple pie.

white roll 5 pcs • vanilla sugar 0.5 oz (12 g) • sugar granulated 3.5 oz (100 g)
Cut the bread rolls, add in apples and both kinds of sugar.

unsalted butter • semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml) • chicken egg 2 pcs
Blend well, place in a baking dish greased with the butter and press down. Beat the eggs with milk and pour over the bread rolls.

0.5% low-fat milk 1.05 quart (1000 ml) • vanilla pudding - powder 4.25 oz (120 g) • sugar granulated 1.75 oz (50 g)
Blend custard powder with sugar in a milk. Cook until has thickened.

Pour the custard over the milk-soaked bread rolls.

Bake in preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 30-40 minutes.

Before serving, let it cool thoroughly, custard must not be warm, otherwise is not possible to cut the pie.
