Apple krémeš cake
Autumn cake, full of tasty apple filling with a rich layer of whipped cream. That's how we like it :)

sugar granulated | 5.25 | oz | 150 | grams | |
sugar granulated | 2 | tsp | 2 | teaspoon | |
water | ¾ | cup | 200 | milliliters | |
whipping cream (30-33% fat) | 1.05 | quart | 1000 | milliliters |
Recipe
1.
puff pastry 1.8 lb (800 g) • sugar granulated 2 tsp
Roll out two puff pastries and gradually bake both on a large baking sheet. Before baking, prick each dough with a fork and sprinkle with sugar.

apples 2.6 lb (1200 g) • sugar granulated 5.25 oz (150 g) • ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Peel the apples, grate them coarsely, put in a pot and add sugar. Add cinnamon.

water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • gelatine sheeds 0.25 oz (10 g)
Dissolve the gelatin in warm water according to the instructions on the packaging.

Pour the gelatin to the apples and mix. Let cool.

Spread the apple filling evenly on the bottom dough.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.05 quart (1000 ml) • cream stabilizer 4 pk • powdered sugar 4 tbsp
Whip the whipped cream from the cream, add stabilizer and sugar.
8.
Spread the whipped cream evenly on the cooled apple mixture.
9.
Cover the dough with a second baked dough. Let solidify in cold for at least 2-4 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar and cut.
