ActiFry grilled chicken breast with salad
ActiFry recipe for preparing simple, delicious, juicy chicken meat using a minimum of oil, with a vegetable salad with a sweet and sour dressing.

Recipe
1. Marinade
garlic 2 cloves • chicken egg 1 pc • wholegrain mustard 1 tbsp • ketchup 1 tbsp • salt 1 tsp • vegetable salt 1 tsp • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp • sunflower oil 3 tbsp • soy sauce 1 tbsp
Mix egg, mustard, ketchup, salt, vegetable salt, pepper, oil and soy sauce to the crushed garlic.
2. Chicken breast

Wash the chicken breast and cut it into thicker noodles or approx. 7x4cm.

Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade and put into refrigerator for at least one hour, or even overnight, so that they absorb the flavors of the marinade.
4. Upper part
sunflower oil 0.5
Place the marinated chicken pieces in the upper part of the Acifry grill, where you have poured half a teaspoon of Actifry oil.
5. Grilling
Turn on the Actifry and set the CHICKEN program by pressing the 2in1 button twice and grill for 12 minutes.
6. Salad
white radish 8 oz (230 g) • Feta cheese 7 oz (200 g) • tomatoes 5.25 oz (150 g) • corn salad (lamb's lettuce) 5.25 oz (150 g)
For the salad, use chopped tomatoes, fresh lettuce, white radish cut into thin rounds, feta cheese cut into smaller cubes.
7. Salad dressing
white yogurt 4.5 oz (125 g) • lemon-juice 0.5 pc • olive oil 1 tbsp • powdered sugar 1 tbsp
For dressing, mix well white yogurt, juice of half a lemon, olive oil and powdered sugar. We recommend pouring the dressing over the salad after serving.
