Actifry chicken schnitzel coated in cheese with spicy fries
Actifry recipe for juicy slices coated in cheese, with a minimum of oil. Sweet potato and celery fries are a suitable and healthier side dish.

Recipe
1. Bottom part - container
celery 14 oz (400 g) • sweet potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g) • salt 1 tsp • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp • ground ginger 0.25 tsp • coriander 0.25 tsp • sunflower oil 1
Clean the sweet potatoes and celery and cut them into french fries. Season the french fries, salt, add ginger, coriander and mix well. Put in the bottom container and add one teaspoon of oil.

Close Actifry and set for 30 minutes for french fries, then press the 2in1 button twice, the KURA (chicken) program will be displayed and set for 14 minutes to prepare the schnitzel.
3. Upper part
chicken breasts 15.75 oz (450 g) • salt • grill seasoning
Wash the chicken breasts and cut them into smaller slices. Add salt and season with barbecue spices.

Whipp eggs, add sesame, grated smoked cheese and mix. Coat the schnitzel in flour and soak them in a raw egg.

Coat in breadcrumbs. On the top part pour half of the Actifry teaspoon of oil and place the schnitzel close to each other. When the Actifry rings, open and insert the schnitzel and bake.

After seven minutes, stop Actifry, turn the schnitzel over and finish baking for the remaining 7 minutes.
